KXIP vs RR: Rajasthan Royals aim for IPL biggest, historic win over KXIP by four wickets

History was created Sunday night at the Indian premiere. Rajasthan Royals beat Kings eleven Punjab to make the biggest goal in the history of the tournament. Losing the toss, Kings eleven Punjab scored a score of 223/2, including Mayank Agarwal’s best century, and Rahul also nailed the 17th fifty of the tournament. IPL’s third largest opening partnership was between the two. In response to which Sanju Samson (85), Captain Steve Smith (50) and finally Rahul Tevatia (53) were found to be a time-impossible target. A total of 449 runs were scored in both innings of the match and 29 sixes. This is Rajasthan’s second consecutive victory. RR had a patka to the CSK in its first match. On the other hand, Rahul-led KXIP lost the second in three matches.

Kings Eleven Punjab had a total of 11 sixes in the innings, while Rajasthan Royals had 18 sixes. Tevatia made the match exciting by imposing five sixes in one over of Sheldon Kotrail, which Jofra Archer had brought to the Rajasthan Royals ‘ court with two sixes. Tevatia had scored 8 runs on the first 19 balls, while the latter 12 scored 45 runs on the ball. Tevatia was out for 53 runs with seven sixes on the 31st ball. Sanju Samson played 85 runs on 42 balls. Smith contributed 50 runs on 27 balls and Jofra Archer returned to knock out by 13 runs on 3 balls. The winning fourth came out of Tom Kurron’s bat. While Mohammed Shami took three wickets, but 53 runs, Kotrail took one wicket and 52 runs.

Samson becomes Man of the Match:

Sanju Samson was adjudged man of the match on behalf of Rajasthan Royals. Samson played an innings of 85 runs on the 42 ball. Samson planted four fours and seven sixes. Samson has been elected man of the match in the second consecutive match. Earlier, he also became the man of the match against Chennai Super Kings.

Rajasthan Royals won the jaw of Kings eleven Punjab and thus the team recorded the second consecutive victory in the tournament. Rajasthan Royals have reached the second position in the point table with this victory. Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan Royals are two teams which have not yet lost a single match.
